Summary:
The Executive Events and Calendar Analyst is responsible for creating and managing a centralized executive event and travel calendar that enables strategic and balanced leadership presence across all regions. aggregates and analyzes multiple data sources—including executive and corporate event calendars—to create an enterprise-wide engagement and event strategy for executives that aligns to leadership priorities and business objectives.
This highly collaborative position will partner closely with Leadership Team Executive Assistants, Corporate Communications, segment leaders, the CORE Enterprise Culture Team, and the Events Team to strengthen the connection between leadership strategy, regional engagement, culture strategy, and event planning.
