Job Description

LaSalle Network is hiring fully remote Customer Service Representatives for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a national leader in benefit plan administration. Interviews are happening now, and training starts soon—apply today to secure your spot.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Handle high call volumes from patients with benefit inquiries

  • Break down complex details like copays, coinsurance, deductibles, coverage and EOBs

  • Assist with claims processing as needed

  • Engage directly with both providers and members to ensure resolution

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • Must bring recent commercial insurance experience

  • Solid background in explaining EOBs

  • 2+ years of member-facing customer service experience in healthcare

Pay/Benefits
  • Compensation: $18/hr
