Job Description

We are seeking a talented Video Production Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for capturing and editing high quality video content featuring our employees, advisors, and clients. The ideal candidate is creative, detail oriented, and highly skilled at transforming raw footage into polished, professional videos that reflect our brand and communicate our message clearly. This position requires someone who is comfortable filming people, directing camera talent, and managing projects from concept through final edit.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute professional video shoots featuring employees, advisors, and/or clients
  • Film interviews, testimonials, educational content, office footage, and behind the scenes moments
  • Provide direction and coaching to on camera participants to ensure they appear natural and confident
  • Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos that align with the company's brand and messaging
  • Add music, transitions, graphics, captions, and other enhancements as appropriate
  • Organize and maintain video files, footage libraries, and project assets
  • Collaborate with leadership and team members to understand the goals and purpose of each project
  • Ensure all video content maintains a consistent visual style and professional appearance

Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience in videography and professional video editing with a strong portfolio of completed work
  • Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs
  • Strong understanding of lighting, camera composition, audio, pacing, and storytelling
  • Comfortable filming employees and clients in a professional office setting
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage projects from beginning to end
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work 20 to 40 hours per week depending on project demand
  • Willing to work onsite in our Fort Worth office
