Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair various types of signs, including indoor and outdoor signage.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations.
• Utilize tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete installations.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements and provide recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards during installations.
• Perform routine maintenance on installed signs to ensure longevity and functionality.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
• Proven experience in sign installation or a related field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
