Server – Kama Bistro La Grange

Kama Bistro La Grange is looking for experienced, professional, and hospitality-driven servers to join our team. We are a fast-paced, upscale casual restaurant focused on great food, great service, and a great guest experience.

We are looking for team members who are friendly, organized, dependable, and work well in a team environment. The ideal candidate has previous serving experience, understands steps of service, and is comfortable handling busy shifts while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
• Guide guests through the menu and make food and drink recommendations
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Enter orders into POS system
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
• Maintain clean and organized sections
• Follow restaurant service standards and steps of service
• Work as a team with hosts, bartenders, food runners, and kitchen staff
• Handle guest concerns professionally
• Complete opening and closing side work

Requirements

• Previous restaurant serving experience
• Weekend availability required
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team player
• Strong communication skills
• Must be reliable and punctual

Position Details

• Part-time / Full-time available
• Weekend availability required (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Dinner shifts and some lunch shifts
• Competitive earnings (hourly + tips)
