You will help build and shape event agendas, orchestrate logistics, and ensure every event aligns with company objectives and achieves measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of agenda development, content workflows, speaker preparation, run-of-show documentation, venue and vendor management, logistics, registration, and onsite operations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with field marketing, customer marketing, PR, demand generation, and executive leadership to ensure cohesive content, messaging, and attendee experiences.
  • Manage event reporting, including performance metrics, attendee insights, budget tracking, and post-event analysis.
  • Support the ongoing development of VAST’s event methodology, processes, and operational frameworks to scale a world-class events function.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 7–10+ years of corporate event management experience, including user conferences, customer events, executive programs, or sales kickoff–style internal events; tradeshow experience is a strong plus
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-day, multi-track events with numerous internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven success onboarding and managing a diverse range of vendors (production, A/V, venues, agencies, fabrication partners, etc.).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated and able to independently manage multiple priorities while communicating effectively with remote teams.
  • Creative problem-solver with the ability to adapt, innovate, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Confident collaborator who thrives in a team-oriented environment and can build strong relationships with executives and cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%, including occasional international travel
