Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a secure entrance and facility perimeter
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all reports generated by staff
• Complete required daily and weekly reports
• Supervise, train, and evaluate staff performance; administer disciplinary action when necessary
• Communicate directly with company departments and outside service providers
• Utilize the Order Management System and Shop Floor systems
• Coordinate with Plant Shipping, Shag Service, and Traffic
• coordinate shipping dates, times, and locations
• Maintain accurate inbound and outbound truck logs
• Attend meetings as scheduled
• Report directly to the Safety Manager
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous security-related experience preferred but not required
• Previous supervisory experience preferred but not required
• Proficient  basic computer skills
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to speak multiple languages is preferred but not required
• Self-starter with a strong team-oriented mindset
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills

Working Conditions

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to walk, run, sit, and stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
