Were looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to input, verify, and manage important company data. Youll play a key role in keeping our systems accurate, organized, and up to date.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update data into company systems with high accuracy
• Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Organize files and records for easy access
• Generate reports and assist team members when needed

Requirements

• Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or in a team
• No experience required (training provided)

Preferred (Not Required)

• Previous data entry or administrative experience
• Familiarity with spreadsheets or databases
