Job Description
This full-time position is responsible for managing recruitment and onboarding for all open roles at the Big Flats manufacturing site, with potential support for other locations or functions as needed. The Recruiter will ensure timely hiring of qualified talent, maintain a proactive candidate pipeline for hourly manufacturing positions, and oversee the conversion of eligible temporary employees based on performance, attendance, and hours worked. 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, or HR coordination (preferably in a manufacturing or high-volume environment). Organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.) Proactive, positive, and team-oriented mindset. Workday Experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried roles within the manufacturing plant.
Partner with HR Manager to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing
strategies.
Maintain a proactive pipeline of candidates for high-volume hourly positions.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and
company culture.
Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance with
company policies.
Track and manage temporary employees, ensuring timely conversion of eligible workers based
on performance and attendance.
Utilize our internal applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage requisitions and candidate flow
efficiently.
Ensuring all open roles have an appropriate Requisition and Authority to Recruit (ATR).
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company standards, including EEO and
diversity initiatives.
Collaborate with HR and Operations ensuring all new hires are properly managing through the
onboarding process for a smooth transition to employment and payroll.
