Security Clearance: TS/SCI Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Red Cyber Operator to support advanced cyber operations, including red team assessments and offensive cyber activities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in penetration testing, adversarial simulation, and cyber security operations, along with the ability to meet training and certification requirements within defined timelines.

• Conduct cyber red team assessments and offensive cyber operations
• Perform penetration testing across enterprise and critical infrastructure environments
• Execute adversarial simulations including phishing and social engineering campaigns
• Develop and maintain offensive cyber infrastructure
• Identify vulnerabilities and provide actionable remediation recommendations
• Ensure compliance with DCART Operator Training Program requirements

• Active TS/SCI Clearance
• Ability to meet apprentice operator requirements within DCART timelines
• Proven experience in red team operations, offensive cyber operations, or penetration testing
• Must hold IAT Level III certification (DoDD 8570/8140 compliant)
• Ability to pass the DCART operator aptitude test

• 2+ years of offensive cyber or red team experience (DoD or corporate)
• Certifications such as CRTO, OSCP, GXPN, GPEN, GWAP, RTAC, RTJC, or ROPS
• Expertise in AV/EDR evasion techniques
• Experience with phishing, social engineering, and offensive tooling
• Knowledge of IoT, networking, wireless, and critical infrastructure security
