Litigation Associate Attorney to join our Commercial Litigation Team. This is an opportunity to represent individuals and businesses in high-stakes matters across state and federal courts, handling cases from inception through trial and appeal.

Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing of the bar of any U.S. jurisdiction.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Sharp intellect, sound judgment, and a willingness to learn new areas of law quickly.
- Advanced organizational and communication skills, with the ability to track projects to completion, take ownership of work product, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Virginia bar (or willing to obtain Virginia bar admission)
- Minimum 3+ years Litigation experience preferred; however, candidates with strong legal fundamentals and a genuine passion for courtroom advocacy are encouraged to apply.
- Comfort appearing in court, arguing motions, and managing hearings.
- Prior clerkship, internship, or externship experience in a litigation setting.
