Salary:
$130,000-$140,000 base salary + discretionary bonus and full benefits package
 
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a hands-on IT Manager to oversee internal IT operations, infrastructure, and support teams across multiple office locations. This role will lead a team of IT support professionals while helping drive infrastructure improvements, cybersecurity initiatives, Microsoft 365/Azure administration, and operational scalability within a growing organization.
 
Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations and infrastructure support
• Manage Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
• Lead cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management initiatives
• Troubleshoot escalated technical issues and support infrastructure projects
• Assist with disaster recovery and business continuity planning
• Partner with leadership on IT strategy, process improvements, and scaling initiatives
• Support office expansions, system rollouts, and operational improvements

 
Qualifications:

• 7+ years of progressive IT experience including leadership responsibilities
• Prior experience managing IT operations and support teams
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and IT infrastructure
• Experience supporting multi-location environments
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance best practices
• MSP experience strongly preferred
• Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., CISSP, Azure Solutions Architect, ITIL)
