HVAC Maintenance Technician: Your Role As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, your job is to evaluate, protect, and optimize the systems our customers rely on every day. You’ll start your day by reviewing your schedule and heading out in a fully stocked company vehicle. At each home, you’ll perform a complete system evaluation to ensure everything is operating safely, efficiently, and at peak performance. You will:

• Perform full HVAC system evaluations (not quick “check-the-box” tune-ups)
• Clean coils and critical components
• Check electrical, airflow, and system performance
• Measure and document key readings (temps, static, etc.)
• Identify early signs of failure before breakdowns happen
• Educate homeowners on system condition and options
• Recommend solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, and reliability
• Complete digital service reports
• Maintain a clean, organized truck and work environment

This role is about doing things the right way — not rushing through calls. What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of HVAC experience (maintenance or service preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Comfortable working in attics and crawl spaces
