You arrive to your station, review the day’s drawings, and prep large metal components. You set your machine, choose the right wire size, and lay down precise, durable welds that meet engineering specs and stringent quality checks. You’ll switch between FCAW and SMAW as jobs require, grind and finish to blueprint, and verify every pass aligns with the plan.
In this position, you’ll perform precision welding on large metal parts, ensuring strength, durability, and compliance with engineering and quality standards.
