Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a full-time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a collaborative outpatient primary care team.

This clinic offers a highly supportive environment with full clinical support staff, manageable patient volumes, and a 4-day workweek with no weekend responsibilities.

Position Highlights

• Full-time outpatient primary care position
• 4x10-hour schedule
• No weekends required
• Phone call only
• Full support staff available
• Patient volume up to 22 patients per day
• Open to experienced providers as well as new graduates already licensed in Arizona
• Due to the complexity of the patient population, providers with 2+ years of experience are preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $110,000
• Additional $12,000 annual rural stipend
• Productivity bonus opportunities

• CME allowance: $3,000 plus 1 week CME time off

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Current Arizona license or willingness to obtain
• Family Medicine or Primary Care background preferred
• 2+ years of Family Practice experience preferred
