We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Executive Sushi Chef to lead sushi operations with precision, creativity, and excellence. This is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to shape a memorable dining experience through artistry, innovation, and hospitality.
As our Executive Sushi Chef, you’ll take ownership of the sushi station, overseeing everything from preparation and presentation to inventory and team management. You’ll be a key player in delivering high-quality, beautifully crafted sushi that delights guests and reflects our commitment to culinary excellence.
This position is part of the Flik Hospitality Ace Team. As a member of the Ace Team you will be responsible for supporting and/or managing Flik accounts. Being based in New York City, you will mainly support units in the Tri-State region. Additionally, you will be assigned to support non-local Flik locations requiring up to 25% travel. Ace schedules vary each week based on business needs. The majority of the assignments fall between Monday through Friday. There will be periodic evening, weekend and holiday assignments given with advance notice.
