Clear Choice Photo Company is seeking a full-time Event Manager to oversee the planning and execution of events from start to finish.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that each event is properly planned, staffed, and executed at a high level.

We are a premium photo experience company with over a decade of experience, known for delivering high-quality photo booth experiences for weddings, corporate events, and private parties.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full planning and execution process for assigned events
• Coordinate event logistics, timelines, and staffing
• Communicate with clients to confirm event details and ensure accuracy
• Oversee event staff and ensure smooth execution onsite
• Coordinate with the Equipment Manager to ensure all required equipment is prepared and scheduled for each event
• Handle invoicing, documentation, and event records
• Work with internal team members to ensure events meet company standards
• Assist with sales opportunities and client inquiries when needed

• Previous experience in events, hospitality, or operations is strongly preferred

Position Details

• Full-time (approximately 40 hours per week)
• In-office role (Westlake, Ohio area)
• Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required based on event schedules
