Description:
Performs engineering hardware fabrication, troubleshooting, testing, and laboratory operations to support development activities, including electronic and mechanical assembly based on engineering drawings.

*Contract – Approximately 12 Months
*2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday – Friday; training on 1st Shift)
*Must be a U.S. Citizen
*$25.00 - $35.00 Hourly
#Education & Job Requirements
*High School Diploma or GED equivalent
*1–2 years of experience in electronics assembly, troubleshooting, or testing
*Demonstrated troubleshooting skills in electronic systems
*Experience with electronic assembly and electrical testing
*Ability to work independently and communicate technical issues with customers and vendors
*Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

*Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field preferred
#Job Duties & Functions
*Fabricates electronic and electrical chassis assemblies using engineering development drawings
*Constructs mechanical racks and supports hardware integration activities
*Performs electronic troubleshooting and diagnostic testing on hardware systems
*Executes laboratory operations, including setup and maintenance of test environments
*Analyzes technical issues and communicates findings with customers and vendors
*Coordinates with engineering teams to ensure fabrication meets design specifications
*Verifies completed assemblies against engineering requirements and quality standards
*Documents fabrication processes, test results, and troubleshooting activities
#Physical Requirements & Environment
*Climbs ladders as required during fabrication and testing activities
*Lifts and moves items weighing up to 25 pounds
*Works in a laboratory and light industrial environment
