Job Title: EAM Scrum Master
Location: Parsippany, NJ
Duration : 12 Months contract
Overview :
Seeking a Scrum Master to support Agile delivery of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) initiatives in an industrial environment. This role partners with EAM leads and cross-functional teams to enable delivery of solutions related to maintenance, work management, and MRO processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
Support delivery of EAM initiatives (work orders, scheduling, maintenance execution)
Manage dependencies across maintenance, warehouse, and procurement teams
Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement
Support backlog refinement and ensure readiness of user stories
Communicate progress, risks, and metrics to stakeholders
Key Skills:
Experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
Familiarity with EAM processes (work management, maintenance, asset lifecycle)
Exposure to SAP (e.g., S/4HANA) preferred
Understanding of MRO, supply chain, or industrial operations
