Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Drafter to join our team.

The Drafter will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for manufacturing processes using AutoCAD and SolidWorks software.

The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of CAD and Solid Works software, a keen eye for detail, and strong mathematical skills.

Familiarity with manufacturing methods, materials, and industry standards is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed drawings of manufacturing and assembly processes using CAD software.
• Analyze design documents and plans to verify accuracy and completeness.
• Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures for new products.
• Work closely with engineers and other professionals to create and modify designs.
• Ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
• Interpret and incorporate feedback from production teams.
• Create and maintain documentation for reference and reporting.
• Revise and update existing drawings reflecting design changes.
• Collaborate with production staff to ensure feasibility and manufacturability of designs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Drafter or similar role.
• Proficiency with CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar.
• Experience with 3D modeling tools.
• Excellent technical design skills.
• Good mathematical skills and ability to apply them in practical situations.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Engineering, Drafting, Design or relevant field.
• Must be onsite; not a WFH or Hybrid Role.
