What You'll Do

Working alongside a Registered Nurse Case Manager, you will:

• Provide hands-on personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding)
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Offer companionship and emotional support to patients and families
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment
• Accurately document care and communicate updates
• Help preserve comfort, dignity, and quality of life

What We're Looking For

• Active CNA certification
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle & current auto insurance
• Compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Commitment to serving patients with serious or terminal illness
