Position: Trimmer (Post Harvest Technician)

Role Overview:
As a Trimmer, you will play a critical role in the post-harvest process, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance. This position involves carefully trimming and packaging cannabis products with precision, speed, and an eye for detail. We are looking for candidates who can meet the physical and technical demands of the role, ensuring high-quality outcomes.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Trimming: Hand trim cannabis plants to maintain product quality and consistency. A minimum output of 1.5-2 pounds per day is required to meet our production standards.
  • Packaging: Accurately package cannabis products in compliance with state regulations.
  • Quality Control: Ensure each product meets our high standards for quality and consistency.
  • Compliance: Maintain accurate records and ensure all activities follow state regulatory requirements.
  • Flexibility: Adapt to the needs of a fast-paced startup environment, which may include working some Saturdays as needed.
Qualifications :

  • Required: Proven track record of hand trimming a minimum of 1 pound per day. An output of 1.5-2 pounds per day is the expected threshold for this role.
  • Preferred: Previous experience in cannabis trimming or packaging.
  • Considered: Experience in a highly regulated industry with attention to detail and compliance.

Schedule:

  • Typical hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Monday through Friday. Some Saturdays may be required.
Compensation:

  • Pay rate: $18 - $20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
