Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a patient and empathetic attitude, and the ability to effectively handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from customers promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Proficient with computer systems and customer management software.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work shifts including evenings and weekends.
