As a Brand Ambassador in the United States, you represent our brand in a passionate and engaging manner. Brand Ambassadors play an essential role in creating awareness and excitement around our brand through direct interactions with customers. Your efforts will not only elevate our brand presence but will also foster customer loyalty and satisfaction. You will be forerunning our promotional initiatives, representing our values and vision, and ensuring a consistent and positive experience for our audience across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in-person and online to promote brand awareness.
  • Attend promotional events, trade shows, and community engagements to represent the brand.
  • Create and distribute marketing materials such as flyers and product samples.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to strategize and implement brand initiatives.
  • Participate in social media campaigns and engage with online communities.
  • Train and mentor new team members on brand messaging and promotions.
  • Provide insights on market trends and competitor activities to enhance brand positioning.
  • Assist in generating creative ideas for events and additional promotional activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for engaging with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Comfortable with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to travel for events and promotions as required.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
