Weekend and Holiday availability is a requirement for this position.

Pay is 18.75/hr

Job Duties/Tasks:

• Have a comprehensive knowledge of serving routines.
• Provide complete service to the Banquet guests according to the Standards of Operation.
• Thoroughly understand the format of a Banquet Event Order (BEO) so as to set up the necessary components of the event.
• The ability to set up and tear down events in a quick and orderly fashion.
• Maintain the highest level of service in order to provide all banquet guests with a memorable experience at Glen Oaks Country Club.
• Consistently perform all required opening and closing duties as spelled out in the Banquet Manual.
• Performs other duties as assigned from time to time.
• Promotes high morale and enthusiasm among staff by providing a positive and team-oriented mentality both on and off the floor.
• Provides a high level of cooperation and communication with all allied Departments of the Club.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Flexible work hours.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Withstand long periods of time on their feet and walking various distances.
