Airport Lounge Appearance Care Ambassador.

Location: Delta Sky Club - Delta Sky Club, Philadelphia International Airport.

Hourly Pay: $18.54/hour.

Shift: Evening Shift 4:00p - 12:00a, including Holidays and Weekends are a MUST.

Requirements:

• SELECTED CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO PASS TSA BACKGROUND CHECK.
• PRIOR JANITORIAL EXPERIENCE PEFERRED.
• MUST BE LEGALLY AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE U.S.
• OPEN AVAILABILITY WITH SCHEDULE FLEXIBILITY NEEDED, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS REQUIRED.

Welcome to the Delta Sky Club, where exceptional hospitality meets refined travel. We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented professionals to join our elite team as an Appearance Care Ambassador at this Premium Airport Lounge located in Philadelphia International Airport.

As an Appearance Care Ambassador, you will be an essential part of maintaining the premium, welcoming environment that our guests expect. This role is more than janitorial - it’s about creating a spotless, inviting, and serene space that reflects the world-class Delta brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all lounge areas including seating zones, dining areas, restrooms, and entryways.
• Perform regular cleaning duties including surface sanitizing, floor care, trash removal, and restroom servicing.
• Monitor lounge conditions continuously and respond quickly to any cleanliness or appearance issues.
• Replenish guest amenities (e.g., paper goods, hand soap, sanitizer) to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Act as a discreet, professional presence within the lounge, assisting staff or guests as needed.
• Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic and compliant environment.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or appearance care roles preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for cleanliness.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout shift.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must pass background check and airport security clearance.

Experience/Knowledge:

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2 years related experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses.
• Significant walking or other means of mobility.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 40 pounds.

Working Conditions:

• Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays, weekends, and extended hours as business dictates.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is primarily in a controlled, temperate environment; however, may be exposed to heat/cold environments.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
